Throughout history, women have built stronger communities through volunteerism,
leadership and gifts of their talent. The Rancho Santa Fe
Women's Fund began
in November 2004 as a way for women to join together in meaningful and engaging
ways to give back to the greater community. The power of many women giving together
has a significant impact on community-wide needs with focused collective grantmaking |

Members commit to making their
annual contribution and voting on final grant recipients. Every member has one
vote. We do not do fundraising. We have no obligatory meetings. |

Members wishing additional involvement
are encouraged to serve
on a committee. Currently there are five committees, chaired by Rancho
Santa Fe Women's Fund members: Advisory, Grant, Membership, Publicity,
and Volunteer. |
